A Mechanical Engineer and Analytics graduate from Pace University, New York, he combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution, contributing to the group’s sustained growth.
With over a decade of experience in agribusiness, mining, and real estate, Varun brings strategic insight and execution strength to VKIPDL. He has been instrumental in land acquisitions, government dealings, and joint development partnerships in Hyderabad.
His corporate stint enhanced his expertise in mining and large-scale land transactions, including government auctions. As a key stakeholder, he now leads the group's real estate initiatives, creating value from family-owned land assets.
Our Founder, Late Sri Vitta Kristappa (1934), from Asundi, Bellary district, was a visionary leader and dynamic entrepreneur. Starting in 1953, he excelled across industries such as automotive finance, contractual operations, and oil milling, laying a foundation of trust, discipline, and social responsibility.
As a three-term Chairman of Adoni Municipality, he championed progressive governance and civic development. His enduring legacy continues to inspire the V K Group, including VKI Property Developers LLP, as we uphold values of integrity, vision, and community-building.
Sri Vitta Satish Kumar, a Chemical Engineering graduate from Manipal Institute of Technology, joined his father’s business in 1984. With technical expertise and sharp business acumen, he has driven V K Group’s success across V K Industries and V K Extractions, especially in the edible oil sector.
A respected leader known for his work ethic and commitment to excellence, Sri Satish Kumar continues to guide the V K Group, balancing innovation with tradition and shaping its future while honoring its rich legacy.
